httpd.conf uses wrong letter code for Korean language

Under 2.0.36, the AddLanguage and LanguagePriority directives use "kr" for 
Korean.  It should be "ko"  In MS Internet Explorer, under Tools->Internet
Options->Languages and under Netscape Preferences->Navigator->Languages it is
listed as Korean (ko).
