This happens also on Win2000 Pro 5.00.2195 SP2 English
The error log it creates everytime when started:

something that is not a socket.  : Parent: WSADuplicateSocket failed for socket 
3439784. Check the FAQ.

Exiting.

The socket changes sometimes but is always something around 3440000.
