apache_2.0.35-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi breaks .log and .conf file associations.

Summary: apache_2.0.35-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi breaks .log and .conf
                    file associations.
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.35
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: Platform
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: marnott@mindspring.com

After installing apache, double clicking a .log or .conf file brings up
a 'Program Not Found' dialog saying that windows cannot find NOTEPAD.EXE

This is caused because the data type is REG_SZ instead of REG_EXPAND_SZ for the
default value of the "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\conffile\shell\edit\command" key.
Since log files are associated with notepad by default, the installation should
not make any changes to the "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.log" key.
