mod_proxy throws away all but the last cookie sent

Summary: mod_proxy throws away all but the last cookie sent
           Product: Apache httpd-1.3
           Version: 1.3.24
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: mod_proxy
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: ime@iae.nl

Hi,

Yesterday I upgraded my servers from 1.3.19 running mod_proxy/mod_rewrite server
as frontend and mod_php enabled apaches listening on localhost on the backend.

Multiple cookies sent by the backend dissapear while they go through the proxy.

Although the CHANGELOG for 1.3.24 mentions severel things about cookies and
problems being fixed, it's probably not.

When connecting directly to the backend, I can see multiple cookies in the
headers, if I connect to the frontend instead, only the last one sent by the
backend seems to appear there.
