Install documentation should mention flex requirement for mod_ssl

Summary: Install documentation should mention flex requirement
                    for mod_ssl
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.35
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Solaris
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jonabbey@arlut.utexas.edu

When installing Apache httpd 2.0.35 with the mod_ssl module enabled, I found
that the build required flex to be installed, which it is not on Solaris 8 on x86.

Either the flex dependency should be removed, or the flex requirement for the
mod_ssl build should be documented.
