Neato, but maybe we should first 
try to address the defects in our
section of the httpd.apache.org site?

I'm confused- don't we do this already at 

  http://httpd.apache.org/apreq/docs/libapreq2

? I realize not all the links to the apr docs
work, but IME most of them do.  Maybe we could
try to coordinate with dev@apr on our doxygen links?
