Subject [PATCH] libexpat.a on FreeBSD

Hi,

libexpat is not in /usr because its install via ports tree which goes in 
/usr/local by default. /usr/local is not in the APR's LTFLAGS search path.

To fix this, I added an option to configure
--with-expat=DIR

then run
./configure .... --with-expat=/usr/local
