That's in trunk now (it's not a multi-env issue).
I'm sure Win32 will need updating, but all tests
should pass on *nix.

At the moment t/ is now Test::Harness based, but
I'm hoping our other resident A-T experts will 
help upgrade it to Apache::Test.
