I probably should have said lib_object->verb() - but yes, if it's
a collection (apreq_args or apreq_arglist) then plural works, but
arglist might be even clearer.  Whatever makes apreq more approachable
by httpd and apr developers, the more uptake I hope we get in the
community :)
