Thanks ... For future reference, what version, and options,
for gcc do you use to enable these warnings about
declarations being done too late (for some compilers, like
Win32 Visual Studio)?  This question has also come up with
mod_perl.

It's a simple patch to the TEST.PL script under env/t/;
I'll do this for Win32 when the time comes - thanks.
Actually, testing this exposed a potential bug in the
linking phase for Win32, so I'll fix that too.
