Hmm, that raises yet another question: How do folks feel 
about supporting WHATWG?  That's *much* easier for us than 
XForms, since the application/x-www-form+xml enctype maps 
naturally to a req->body table:

  http://whatwg.org/specs/web-forms/current-work/#x-www-form-xml

We can write a simple expat-based parser to handle that.

I don't want to do that, because it would the option would
change libapreq's feature-set too dramatically.  If we don't 
want the bloat, then we need to do without an external xml 
library.
