Hi,

it turns out that the segfaults from libapreq2 are a result of a api  
change from 2.03 to 2.04.
A change from

- $t = Apache::Request::params($self->pool, $self->{_r});
+ $t = $self->{_r}->params;

helps a lot ( no more segfaults ), but it did not work all the time.

It turns out, that the missing file is in env/.libs instead of  
env/t/.libs. After copy the data even to env/t/.libs the cgi.t test  
pass.

ditto env/.libs env/t/.libs
make test

t/big_request....ok
t/cgi............ok
t/cookie.........ok
t/request........ok
All tests successful.
