We should not load APR::Table unless mod_perl is running (e.g. s/use/require/ 
if $ENV{MOD_PERL}. I don't get this problem, since on linux symbols are 
resolved on demand. Though I should be able to reproduce it with env var: 
RTLD_NOW=1, which forces resolution at the startup.
So if you give me a tar to test with, I'll do that.
