Thanks Eric. I've committed the patch.

I've now built httpd with all modules as .so, so I can test with it. I've 
discovered that we also need to load mod_mime if it wasn't loaded since 
Apache::Test uses the TypesConfig directive. I'll commit the fix shortly.
