My IPv6 patch was not comitted as of now.

And for me, on my OpenBSD box, Apache::Test both tests and installs
fine.

Maybe this is related to what I mentionned to you a while ago Stas.
changing the fs ownership to 'nobody' will only change ownership from
the Apache-Test directory and its subdirectories. If any of the
directories in that path, '/root' for example in my case isn't 755, the
test will bomb out anyways, won't they ?
