Normally conf and htdocs include custom code and files. e.g. look at 
modperl-2.0/t/. While you don't have any now, you will most likely end up 
having them.

Sure. I was just suggesting this to avoid unnecessary surprises. An explicit 
listing of files is always safer than globbing.
