It should be noted that the thing Jekyll is best at is just listing blog posts and storing
them as such. If thats how the PMC wants the website to be thats fine, but I just want that
to be put out there. The best example of a Jekyll blog that I would envision an apache site
wanting to look at would be training.github.com, with the source https://github.com/github/training-kit,
which as you can see is a lot to manage for a simple website, largely because everything in
Jekyll is managed as a post.

Docker generates their documentation using mkdocs which allows you to have all your site pages
be markdown files which are really easy to write, so that might also be a direction with taking.
