Yes, I put it before.
May be I make wrong call to service:
   PartitionService c = (PartitionService)
registry.getService("Part",PartitionService.class);
  
while XML contains:
<module id="test" version="1.0.0">
  <service-point id="Part" interface="one.PartitionService">
    <create-instance class="one.PartitionServiceImpl"/>
  </service-point>
</module>
