I'm considering to create a general "Classifier"/"Regressor" (scikit's Estimator) interface
having minimum I/F like fit/predict.

I guess it is particularly beneficial for online streaming applications.

* v0.6 provide standalone APIs for Java/Scala.
* v0.7 provide REST APIs for learning/prediction (API server could be run as a YARN application,
or an application on a Docker container).

Based on standalone API, we can optionally implement a Smile extension.
