Is it already running?


netstat –alnp will show it


netstat -alnp|egrep 'Local|10010|9083'


(Not all processes could be identified, non-owned process info

will not be shown, you would have to be root to see it all.)

the hive user has write permissions to the scratch dir, is there another path I should take
