Fixed issues (it should come back clean from QA) and uploaded patch to https://reviews.apache.org/r/67364/

[~vgarg], [~ashutoshc], could you take a look? New methods in HiveRelOptUtil are brought from
Calcite and extended to make them work with custom operator instances (probably those methods
should be generalized in Calcite so we do not have two copies in codebase). Thanks
