Actually this looks like a mess right now.
storage-api uses 14, Druid uses 16 and main Hive uses 19.
There may be API compat issues between those (there definitely are somewhere between 11 and
19).
Can we revert or at least bring all versions in line? 
Ideally we also shouldn't upgrade ahead of important library dependencies like Hadoop and
Tez.
