Vihang Karajgaonkar updated HIVE-17891:
---------------------------------------
Description: HIVE-13076 addes a new table to the schema but the patch script uses {{CREATE
TABLE IF NOT EXISTS}} syntax to add the new table. The issue the {{IF NOT EXISTS}} clause
is only available from postgres 9.1 onwards. So the script will fail for older versions of
postgres. (was: HIVE-13354 addes a new table to the schema but the patch script uses {{CREATE
