We will copy all function definitions from primary to replica warehouse, it will be the administrators
job to make sure that during replica instance setup, any functions created using the local
fileSystem on the primary server have to be copied to replica instance and included in the
replica hive class path preferably using the 'hive.aux.jars.path' configuration property.
