What is main use case this is designed for that DelimitedWriter can't handle?  Using different
delimiters in the same row?  Maybe the unit tests should be more elaborate to illustrate that.


Why are there so many StrictRegexWriter() c'tors?
It seems like a StrictRegexWriter w/o a regex or EndPoint or Connection, etc is not useful
- it will just NPE in various places.
