[~tleftwich] Thanks for the pointer. Indeed, there is still a dependence on org.apache.hadoop.util.ReflectionUtils.
I think a better idea would be to use https://github.com/apache/hive/blob/branch-1.2/common/src/java/org/apache/hive/common/util/ReflectionUtil.java
and remove hadoop's ReflectionUtils. What do you think?
