yup.. since result is anyway going to be non-exact, there is no advantage for doing computation
in decimal. Since, both sql server & oracle treat double/float higher than decimal, so
it seems good idea for Hive to do so. For b/c, we can keep this change only on 2.x line and
not backport it.
