[~thejas] Thanks for digging this up. This is unfortunate. Apache Directory and UnboundID were the only options. I will take another look.

>From looking at the Marmotta code, the project source code was using the ldap libraries which means they would re-distribute the unboundid binaries along with the project binaries. For Apache Hive, we are using it strictly to test Hive code and would NOT be bundling the unboundID as part of the Hive binaries. Would it be worth following up with legal on this difference in usage? Thanks again
