When we use schematool to upgrade metastore schema from 1.2.1 to 2.x* it fails with the error 

"ALTER TABLE' cannot be performed on 'COMPACTION_QUEUE' because it does not exist"

The table COMPACTION_QUEUE is created hive-txn-schema-2.1.0.derby.sql but the upgrade script does not seem to call it.
