Alan,
I created a wrong patch about 1 hour ago. Before I removed it. QA automatically did the above
test. Please ignore and look the current attached patch. I think it really solves the issue.

needs to compact. However this file of course cannot be compacted, so compactor.CompactorMR
will not continue to do the compaction.
