WritableHiveDecimalObjectInspector appears to be missing null checks in getPrimitiveWritableObject(Object)
and getPrimitiveJavaObject(Object). The same checks do exist in WritableHiveVarcharObjectInspector.

Attempting to read from a table in HCatalog containing null values for decimal columns results
in the following exception (Pig used here):
