Ashutosh Chauhan commented on HIVE-6334:
----------------------------------------

I see that you have introduced a new constructor for SessionState() which additionally takes
userName as an argument. But, I don't see any one calling that constructor with non-null value.
So, not sure when will ever be this user name set? Perhaps, I am missing something obvious.

> When sql standard authorization is used with hive server2 (HS2), will be configured
to run as a particular user, but the authorization checks should happen on behalf of the user
who submits the query.
> It should be possible for HS2 to set the username for the session through SessionState.
