back a detailed error response by trying to extract information from the caught exception
e like - HiveSQLException.toTStatus(e). However, within the HiveSQLException#toTStatus method,
the detailed error info (sqlState, errorCode, errorMessage) is sent back only if the caught
exception is an instance of HiveSQLException, otherwise only the error status is set. For
other exceptions as well, we can set the error message in the response in addition to setting
the error status to help in debugging.
