- I will add the tests you suggest
- yes multiple ctes are allowed, can refer to each other as long there are no cycles. There
is a test for this.
- yes i agree CTE should be allowed with CTAS/create table, views.  I thought by adding CTE
support to queryStatExpr this should happen. Will look into this.

- Will file a follow up jira to support sharing a plan across multiple references to CTEs/views.
