The one or more files in your patch has changed on trunk since the patch branched off. Hence
the patch doesn't apply cleanly.

If you are using git, you can pull the trunk latest trunk in your repository and use 'git
rebase' (checkout http://git-scm.com/book/ch3-6.html).
There are UI tools like [gitk|http://gitk.sourceforge.net/] on Linux or [source tree|http://www.sourcetreeapp.com/]
on Mac for git rebase/merge etc.
