I was able to get it working with cygwin in path, this is not an issue.


[~appodictic] I agree that we need to setup some public builds infrastructure on windows. I will talk to people here at Hortonworks and figure out what can be done.

I also agree that we should try and write platform independent tests where possible. Right now, we workaround this issue on windows for many streaming tests by having cygwin on the machines.
