I think we should move forward with this and consider HIVE-4470 as orthogonal. People might
still want to run local work on the HS2. I agree that this is potentially dangerous and probably
not a good default, but on HIVE-4470 the recommendation is to have a admin flag for on/off.
IMO, this ticket should still go in.
