Even if we do that, this is brand new code, and may have issues.

This patch really eases large deployments with lots of queries, where it is not manually possible
to change the
queries (there are simply too many of them). I completely agree that eventually we should
completely ignore the
mapjoin hint always, but we need some time to get there.
