Subject [jira] [Commented] (HIVE-701) lots of reserved keywords in hive
Date Fri, 22 Feb 2013 07:14:14 GMT

Ashutosh Chauhan commented on HIVE-701:

After this commit, it seems like grammar has became far more ambiguous. It was ambiguous even
before, but judging from number of warnings during generation of parser it seems like it has
become much worse.
[~sxyuan] / [~kevinwilfong] is there any plan to address those warnings?

and some applications already use status as a column name, they should not break
