Following unit tests are failing on windows because of the problem with sta=
tic variables initialization.
TestMarkPartition
TestMarkRemotePartition
TestMetastoreEventListener

Reason =E2=80=93 Static variables on outer class static variables are not g=
etting initialized when we reference nested public static class variables o=
n windows.
