describe the table column metadata using

rs = meta.getColumns(null, "cert", "tts", "%");
..
while (rs.next()) {
	for (int i = 1; i <= rsmd.getColumnCount(); i++) {
	 if (i > 1) {
	     System.out.print(",");
	 }
	System.out.print(String.format("(%s)", rs.getObject(i)));
.....
