Those are the us and eu ADF mirrors.
AFAIK you should always get your local one - but maybe you get DNS
round-robin if one's location is indeterminate.

I see; I thought the OP was complaining that his mirror did not have 4.2.4,
but I now see he was directed to 4.2.3 on his local mirror.

The EU mirror for hc.apache.org seems to be seriously out of date; I'll
report this to infra.
