I just ran:

gradlew -q -b release.gradle releaseDetails

and got:

Project directory C:\vcs\git\apache\httpcomponents\httpcomponents-core-4.4.x
Git branch 4.4.x
Release tag *4.4.7-RC1*-15-g774d9b1

Apache HttpComponents Core 4.4.8-SNAPSHOT
- module httpcore
- module httpcore-nio
- module httpcore-osgi
- module httpcore-ab

Why do I see "4.4.7-RC1-15-g774d9b1" and not a 4.4.8 RC1 tag?
