Subject [jira] [Resolved] (HTTPCORE-432) HttpClient to support HTTP 2.0
Date Sat, 10 Dec 2016 10:41:59 GMT

]

Oleg Kalnichevski resolved HTTPCORE-432.
----------------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

Supported features:

* HPACK header compression
* stream multiplexing (client and server) flow control
* response push (client and server)
* message trailers
* expect-continue handshake
* connection validation (ping)
* TLS 1.2 features (partially). I found no way of disabiling TLS renegotiation and compression
with Java JSSE APIs for full compliance

What is presently not supported:

* automatic re-execution of requests
* application-layer protocol negotiation (ALPN)
* padding of outgoing frames
* stream priority
* plain HTTP/1.1 upgrade
* CONNECT method

If any of these features are important for you please raise a new JIRA with a separate feature
request.

Oleg
