If I understand you correctly, then I think the issue you describe does not exist. I am successfully using httpclient-osgi, with a configured proxy, to make https requests to some social media APIs. But maybe I misunderstand your problem. Could you maybe provide a test case, a starting point could be [TestOSGiHttpRoutePlanner|https://github.com/apache/httpclient/blob/4.5.x/httpclient-osgi/src/test/java/org/apache/http/osgi/impl/TestOSGiHttpRoutePlanner.java]? If that's not feasible, maybe at least a snippet of the code that's not working for you. > OSGiHttpRoutePlanner should leverage target scheme while building proxy-ed uri > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > Key: HTTPCLIENT-1787 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HTTPCLIENT-1787 > Project: HttpComponents HttpClient > Issue Type: Bug > Components: HttpClient (classic) > Affects Versions: 4.5.2 > Environment: OSGi > Reporter: Srijan Bhatnagar > Assignee: Julian Sedding > > OSGiHttpRoutePlanner seems to always set the "http" scheme for the proxy-ed host instead of figuring it out from the original url. > It should leverage target scheme while building proxy-ed uri. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.4#6332) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscribe@hc.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-help@hc.apache.org
