    HttContext is not enough because response producer could be generated by HttpAsyncService.handleException(...).
Also these two functions are related to different kinds of bugs: callback usually set at the
very beginning of request handling, while response can be sent from a set of callbacks. So,
it is better to handle them in different ways (e.g. call cancellable if response already submitted)
