I haven't tested it yet but according to the documentation, the socket timeout is set back
to 0 by SSLCertificateSocketFactory once the handshake is complete. That implies you must
set the socket timeout once again after the handshake.

Also, doesn't -1 mean it will use the system default value? Shouldn't it use the value set
in the request config? I can see how that could be difficult since only one instance of the
connection manager and socket factory is created for the whole HttpClient.
