GitHub user isabelabel opened a pull request:


    Add option to set the charset to encode GET parameters

    This allows to encode the get parameters with different charset instead of just use the
default UTF-8.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/isabelabel/httpclient issue/charset-encode-get-parameters

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

charset, the default charset is UTF-8
