Oleg Kalnichevski resolved HTTPCLIENT-1402.

    Resolution: Fixed

Committed with some changes to SVN trunk. Similar fix applied to HttpAsyncClient.

So I add a hashmap to cache versioninfo at org.apache.http.util.VersionInfo#loadVersionInfo
and read the version only first time ;
