What is _specifically_ that HttpClient does not do correctly? What you are describing is the
behavior of your particular system configured in a particular way. You might was well describe
what is weather like in Moscow right now. It simply does not help.

HttpClient has no control over the process of port assignment to individual connections. For
that matter I doubt that even JRE has any control over it. It is something that is taken care
of at the OS / TCP/IP stack level.

I can keep the ticket open but I am not able to reproduce the issue and do not have a slightest
idea what to do about it without a reproducer.
